Well, corn and soy are two of the leading Frankenfoods — or genetically modified crops — out there. This makes them available and affordable, but don’t be fooled: It doesn’t make them good for our health. While genetic modification is great for the food industry — allowing for hardier produce with a longer shelf life and, sometimes, new and interesting characteristics — it’s simply not that great for our bodies
