Learn to Banish Those Sneaky Sugar Cravings

Sugar cravings are often the sly culprit behind weight gain: The more sugar you eat, the more you want to eat. It’s not just white sugar that you have to look out for, it’s all the high-insulin foods (and caffeine as well) that can keep your insulin on a roller coaster, spiking and dipping, causing energy highs and lows — and at that low you crave... Guess what? More sugar!

The good news is, once you take sugar out of your diet, you will lose those cravings. Your body will instead begin to crave food that provides rich nutrients to keep you feeling healthier and energetic. The question is, how do you get there? How do you get past that fiendish bell curve of the sugar-craving demon? Here are some of my best suggestions to help you diminish cravings and stabilize your blood sugar.
